I got Phantom Limbs today, very, very cool indeed. When you think a singer/songwriter you expect a guy with a twangy guitar or electro-ambience with vocals but this is a full blown effort. Top notch, exciting even.

Phantom Limbs was easily the best NZ album of last year and one of my overall favourites of 2005. Can't wait to the next release or live outing.

that song on the latest low hum cd is miles better than the others, and i really like some of the others. i'd heard it before and liked it but tagged it as too much like Elliott Smith. the more i listen tho, the more i get into the song. i can't get it out of my head. it's like there are too many ideas going on but somehow they all fit. great stuff, i'll be checking out your gig at Happy for sure.
