Im staying Current

Power Price raised again.

Im offering up "Mad" Max Bradfords Electricity Reform Lego as the worst piece of Law ever in this country.

I realise thats a big call, and there is some serious competition, but every thing this Bill was supposed to do has been an abject and utter failure.

This Clown is still providing policy dictum for our erstwhile Opposition, (when its not Washington, heh heh), so voters beware.

As a mechanisim for delivering long-term and sustained Poverty the only real challangers would be the ECA(1991) and G.S.T.

how about being a bit more strait forward in your topic starters, most of us barely have an idea what your on about.

"straight", oh man I'm a retard

"Most of us barely have an idea what your on about".

Advice noted R'dor, however what is written after the header does little to fix the supposed problem.

umm...isn't that rdor's point? A link would be helpful.

//however what is written after the header does little to fix the supposed problem./

you struck a major blow

man you guys are so smart.

How about that INXS show? aye?

You can hype these modern bands like INXS all you want Portia, the only Music show Ive watched lately was John "voice of a legend" Rowles at the Michael Fowler Centre.

I was pleased that my personal favourite "Hush, Dont tell Mary" got an airing, and any up and comer should of been taking notes not only of Mr Rowles commanding stage presence, but of his tidy and stylish presentation.

No tatty Jeans and Tattos there!

Notice how he shared the illustrious spotlight with the chacha dancers on "I could of Danced all night", and showed how to move with the times by showcasing some young hophoppers (backward Baseball Caps and all!).

It was a full house but I see Dave, Ian and James all took time out from there busy schedules to secure a seat.

The handing out of Single Roses was a nice touch, again showing Mr Rowles commitment to his legion of loyal and dare I say it, Loving fans.

The only gripe I really had was with TV One showing this Event at such a late hour, too many of the next generation of Rock and Rollers would have missed it.

Finally, whilst Mr Rowles influence on Artists like Bunny Walters is well documented, am I the only one here to note just how much Bishop Tamaki has followed the lead of Mr Rowles Stylist?

Nice, foal, very nice.

"I could of danced all night"

"could have danced", surely?

Oh boy. One minute I'm griping that someone thinks I'm part of "the older crowd", the next I'm correcting grammar.

That's it. Time to turn the computer off, sit myself down in my genuine lazee-boy, pull a tartan rug up over my knees and start yelling advice at the characters on Coronation Street.
