hey team, im thinking about gathering a group of like minded "musicians" to start something musically defined as part pop but not the nsync, britney, lohan crap. part rock without subtlely religious themes, leather pants or long hair, a hint of oldish school hip hop like gangstarr, handsome boy modeling school, the roots and a dash of electronica/house ie four tet, chemical brothers, mint royale.
My musical tastes would have to be: Four tet, Bloc Party, radiohead, Billy Corgan (solo work and bands), elliott smith, Joseph Arthur, Pete Yorn, The Go! Team, Tv on the radio, Ugly Duckling etc
Im looking for all types of "musicians" male or female, hopefully those who see themselves as aurul sponges, those who know a lot about music and bands but are between the ages of 18-25
