In a quest to clense my system of that toxic channel z playlist, I've had myself a "Blow-a-thon."
We have a pretty decent stereo here at work, and every day for the last two days I've had 'Blow' from the Straightjacket Fits on repeat. I FEEL GREAT! So centred, so focused... ahhhh....

great respect to you foetusboy. a wonderful cleaning regime. Blow's a fantastic album isn't it? I love the old SJF stuff, but I believe Blow's the pinnacle of their sound (and I love Andrew Brough's sound as well, but who can argue with Train?)
