WEll i think the review in the ODT and in RIP IT UP and the OTago University weekly mag "the Critic" summed the concert and Evermore perfectly. "If this band won the national Rockquest finals i hate to think what New Zealand Music is coming to"

i agree nz music IS kickin ass.

but every member of this earth has a right to criticise bands. why shouldnt they be able to??? just because someone might be more 'popular' than me at school doesnt mean i should just lie down and take their shit, does it? exactly..... so just because evermore have more fans than me or dunedinkid, or indeed maybe even you, doesnt mean we cant say what we think about them.

Went and saw Evermore play on Saturday night at Canterbury University.
They were damn good. Played quite a few new songs which was good to see. Can't wait for the new EP which is coming out in September. Go buy it!

They came to our school a while back, we won one of those ZM competition things. I thought they were pretty good actually. I felt a bit sorry for them because they had a pretty tough audience (taita college) mostly into r&b/hip hop. We ended up with a moshpit of about 20 though (finally achieved one of my life ambitions- starting up a moshpit)! And my mate (lucky bastard) managed to have his name put on the door to go to their gig that night with Elemeno P too.

laalaalaalaa doodoodoo - i feel there is no point to this. come to the feilding christmas parade this sunday 14th december. i am face painting. if you really want i will write EVERMORE across your face (thought i'd make this pointless post half relevant). or buy a raffle ticket. like all christmas parades, some local fat guy will rock up on the back of a truck with a santa suit from the warehouse thats way too tight and will say "ho ho ho, merry christmas" and then chuck some lollies into the crowds of screaming 7 and 8 year olds. oh what fun....

yay yay yay - evermore updated their website!!!!!!! good good. very excited, ALBUM in the WORKS!!!!! pity the 2nd ep isn't released in nz yet, nevermind. demo of dreams pretty good man, can't wait for more from the 'MORE!!!!!

feilding struck by flooding!!!!! oh no!!!! Evermore cut off from civilisation (well are unable to get into town the normal way cos the bridge is gone). don't quote me on this by the way, i do not want to be responsible for giving out false information. my backyard is now a scenic lake!!! oh no!!!!! make the rain stop, i hate rivers!!!!!
