Would there be room for gears? like amp, gats, drums etc? so its $110 for everything except food n sh*t?
there's no store room as such - but ...
there's no store room as such - but plenty of space in the lounge for stashing band equipment etc, we are pretty secure (locks etc)...the lift doesnt work but its only 2nd floor. this may not suit some ppl but we get by fine without it.
$110 = rent, food, power, rubbish bags. u sort ur own food /washin powder etc
