Arc cafe underage gig?

I read in the paper about a month ago that the arc was going to run two nights of AA gigs on the last weekend of May.
Did I read this correctly or have they decided to not run it, or have they changed the date?

the benefit gig, which is on this weekend (i haven't heard yet that it's off) is supposed to start around 1 pm, so i guess that will be all-ages, until a certain time. it's worth giving Arc an email ... there's nothing on the gig guide at Radio 1 ... the F*ink comes out today, so that might give us some info.

If you've been to Arc and enjoyed the great atmosphere there come along and get a solid fix of amazing Dunedin musical culture.

Sad that this hasnt had more promotion!!! Last thing we want is to lose Arc!!!

Needs more people in there during the day time, that's one of the big problems - people forget its a cafe!

Its not so much a matter of forgetting as it being a long way from anywhere I'd be wanting a lunchtime fix, what with being at the other end of town and all.

here's the underage gig, just confirmed:

* Saturday 4/6/05 - UNDERAGE BOOGIE EXTREME.
Featuring The Bones, 2 Fat Ladies, Mothra and Miniscus. 9pm/Underage Event/Alcohol Free/$15
