Well Marmalade Audio is offering an incredible rate in a fully kitted studio.. $50 an hour, with an engineer inclusive.. crazy aye!! Heres a quick breakdown of what you actually get:

Description
The control room is set-up for music recording both analogue and digital. It has an analogue console, analogue 2" 16 and 24 track recorders and the latest Protools system.

The studio has room to accommodate 20 musicians, a separate live end / dead end isolation recording area, and Tannoy studio monitors.

the guy who owned the antique store next to sallies has or is selling a whole bunch of old ribbons, so pretty yet so expensive!

I'll have to come see the studio sometime when I'm down in Welly one day, sounds like you have some vintage and cool stuff, which would be cool/interesting to see (in contrast), to own set up which is primarily digital/protools based. Are you selling any old bits of equipment?
