dance all around the world

i am a budding genius (lol i wish) music video director, and im wanting the lyrics to the song "dance all around the world" by Blerta. it was released in like 1972 or something, and it appears that because the internet was some decades off existing at that point the lyrics dont seem to have ever been put there. so if anyone happens to have them i would be eternally greatful and will mention you when i get famous.

Forums: NZ Music,

Well here's the poem from the middle of the song:

And so they danced until they came to a beautiful castle
There lived a prince with his two wise tutors and two guards
'Come, Dance around the world with us' said the man in brown
'But no!' cried the turors 'For a prince must learn of law and justice'
'But a prince should also know the sound of the wind on the trees , and the song of the crickets' said the man in brown
'He must stay!' they said 'and learn of government and diplomacy'
'But surely a tutor, a teacher, should know the secrets of the moon and know the feel of the mountain stream on his feet'
'But we must guard him' said the guards
'Surely even a guard should know the feel of the wind on his face and the song of the birds'
And so the guards threw down their books and gowns, threw open the gates, and danced out into the world

The rest of the lyrics are something along the lines of 'who came knocking at the door a little girl in a long white gown', and then something about a man dressed up as a clown to rhyme with it. Been a while since I've heard it but if you can get your hands on a recording it's pretty easy to figure out. It's on a best of released around 2000 (with a bus on it), and Natures Best.

The lyrics are lifted directly from a Margret Mahy childrens book.

ok, thank you both for the help xx
