Very true, although i) I don't think you should avoid appreciating technical ability because it's not in vogue right now and ii) I don't believe it's totally the case with this band

Yeah... it doesn't make any attempt to be balanced at all which is cool. My favourites are "The advantage of vocals in Spanish is that if you don’t speak Spanish you can’t understand the stupid shit that this guy is undoubtedly singing."

Ah, hooray for you mr anderson. Yeah well to be honest I already own it but was wondering if others thought the same as me.

It took me longer to get into FtM but now I have it's very cool. Yeah more of a journey and less accessible, I still haven't really got to know the second half of the album. There's too much random noise in it though, yeah arbitrary beeps/noises have their place but not for a whole 5 minutes or so.
