Weird how you hate pop but like PATGOD luci-Sam? (that cat's something I can't explain) Most of Syds stuff comes across as candyfloss & bubblegum acid rock. Not saying that’s a bad thing, I quite like that album but that’s how I’ve always seen it.

My fav is Obscured By Clouds not sure why but it’s probably the least ‘Pink Floyd’ sounding Pink Floyd album, if you know what I mean? Also like Dark Side, Wish You Were Here and Animals.

The live side of Ummagumma is pretty cool but the other ‘studio’ side is just stupid, and the More album is purely for trippers!!!

But fuck I hate The Wall and The Final Cut, they’re both just utter Roger Waters pretentious crap. Horrible albums . . . they go in my ‘When concept albums go bad’ file.

it's an old and well known thing, but have you ever synced up the dark side of the moon and the wizard of oz ..?? it works with a CD, but better if you use vinyl, it sync's up better by all accounts, and I think maybe video as opposed to CD .. ( digital process I think )
