Buy a Canon Pixma ip3000 ($280 at Dickys but shop around you should be able to pick one up for cheaper).

It's a full colour inkjet printer that prints on:
photo paper
normal paper
light card
T-shirt transfer paper
AND onto (printable) CD's!!!

If you're doing an EP - then you can get 10 slimline cases from the warehouse for $3 for 10 slimlines (ie: $30 for 100).

Inkjet printable discs are about $25-35 for 50.

Print your cover slip at 120x120mm, 300 dpi (or 240x120mm if you want it folded).

Stingfish has hit the nail on the head. Amstore are cheap, helpful and high quality. I recently released an album for charity and used them... they were awesome. And of course, if they do it, you don't have to do it yourself.
