there's a place in australia called corduroy, although some people have had a bad time with them - ie it took ages for the fanatics' 7" to get done
beyond that i'm not sure... somewhere in the u.s.?

Six months. We paid up front too. It kinda stuffed things up timewise for us.
Admittedly they gave us slightly cheaper rates than their corporate customers, but then again I would hope they'd do that for all indie bands that approach them.
