goldenHorse, I have to say that the one good thing about Golden Horse is there Guitarist, apparently he plays solo as well, would love to see that. GoldenHorse arn't my cup of tea, but it will be interesting to see how the rest of New Zealand take them, luke warm on a rainy sunday.

I quite like the singers voice, but can't say the same for the music.

Golden horse's music is fascinating, chord changes and time signatures that completely take you by surprise, I so enjoy listening to their songs for the first time because you never know where it's gonna take you next. Then after that you just accept it as being a kind of unconventional genius. I think the bands Bressa Creeting Cake ancestory has a lot to do with that.
I remember how dissapointed I was when B.C.C disbanded and then how ecstatic I was when I found out that members of B.C.C were in Golden Horse.
Great music! Also, I saw them (or 2 of them) play that song Riverhead (???) at the Finn brothers Hooley, and it blew me away!!

Last time I saw Goldenhorse they were without that ultimate spunk drummer....whats up with that? They're not going to do a stunt like BCC and break up the day after their record release..........or are they?
I saw Goldenhorse with Goodshirt a while back and really enjoyed their inoffensive pop magic. I am glad I saw them before I saw the video, though... because it was really bad, and would have tainted my opinion.
