I don't particulalry like golden horse. I think they have done really well and they are really popular, but I just don't like them. I think they appeal to an older crowd. I went to a gig with Pluto, Good Shirt and Golden Horse. Golden Horse played last and after they started the average age of the crowd slowly creeped up. It was really interesting to watch.

Yeah, she is a bit of a hottie - but too warbly for my taste.

I've seen Goldenhorse live about three times and every time they have disapointed me, the albums sound really nice but I've been put off by their live performances that I've seen and wouldn't go outta my way to see them again . . . they have all been outdoor shows and their sound mix was horrible and the vocals were always really weak, they never seemed really into it (but maybe they were pissed at the sound too??)

I think the new album is great.
I've seen them play the songs from their new album live and they sounded bloody fab. The new album I think suits Goldenhorses' live performance a bit more.

Also the lyrics aren't so bloody fluffy as they were on Riverhead.

I personally am not attracted to Kirsten but I can see why people are. Anyone taken note of the bass player though? heh heh....
