Newtown is a great place to live ...
Newtown is a great place to live because everything's in walking distance and the public transport is excellent. Plus you'll be close to Natalie Biz, who is pretty much a tourist attraction in her own right, assuming she gets back from Austin okay.
Average rent's about $115 or so I'd say, depending on how high or low your standards are.
