the signing card is that white piece of paper which says Sounds signing tent that you received upon purchase of your bdo ticket.
Also, you can get one by purchasing one of the selected album at sounds, or by purchasing an album/cd single from the tent on the day.

Yeah I know. BDO organisers always leave the good bands out...but then, they are the ones that have to agree to do it

That's the same problem my brother has. He loves The Hives music and wouldn't miss them for the world. But then there's the Donna's drummer and the guitarist who he goes all giggly over every time he sees them.

No I've judged them on their singles, which are sooooo dull. Like the donnas, incredibly hackneyed and depressing by the fact that it passes for 'music' in an era where anyone with trendy mock mod haricuts who isn't linkin park are considered 'alternative'. But no I hav'nt heard it so, .....

I've taken mine in before too, but I seem to remember having to haggle a bit with the bag-checker. I had a look at the bdo site for any official word but I couldn't handle the bright colours...

yeah, they don't usually like video cameras or sound recording devices, but theres so much crossover between devices now that unless you try and bring in a full blown camcorder or something i wouldn't see a problem...

well in the TV Guide, C4 have a page ad saying they are airing the BDO live!!
But I can't find anything on their web site about it thou

didnt C4 have a competition where you had to send in a photo of yourself at previous BDOs? so by that i would assume its ok to take cameras? probably no video cameras though. isnt there information about it on the back of BDO tickets? (i wouldnt know, i havent got one.... *sulk*)

Terms and Conditions 3: You're allowed small still cameras (including digital cameras) but no video or audio recorders, and no "professional" cameras without permission, which I assume means a press pass.

that is vague. Last year, when I wasn't on a press pass, the wife and I took along her SLR for taking a few snaps, and had no worries getting it in. Conversely, the year before that, when I was on a press pass (but not a photographers pass), I had untold grief getting the very same camera through the gate. Depends on who you strike at the turnstiles, methinks.
