There' s been lots of questions about specific products.

Let me answer some FAQs I've been emailed from people :

* Anything and everything you can get at music retail stores here in NZ, we can get for you, and deliver to your home, for less than the price you pay from a store here. Some items are a little cheaper, some are hundreds cheaper, and very expensive instruments can be over a thousand dollars cheaper.

* Presently, we are only stocking brand new items. They are not factory seconds or in any way inferior to items available from NZ music retailers.

* There is a 1 year warranty on parts on all items sold, but no warranty on workmanship. This does not mean we ship faulty goods - if you receive something faulty, of course you can return it within seven days.

* Guitars can be warrantied, exclusively through us, in the USA, which gives them a lifetime warranty on workmanship for as long as the purchaser owns the guitar. This is something unique to our organisation.

* There is no transfer of warranty when the item is on-sold by the purchaser.
