I saw them at the Port in Dunedin a few months back.
The were introducing "the new electronica" haha.

Sorry, no news on The Dead C other than they should have a new album out this year. What's this about them at the Port introducing "the new electronica"? Was it a concert?
yeah it was. IT was them playing around mixing electronica with Noise. It was not quite as good as thei usual stuff. BUT! i heard the best DEAD C song ever there. so like i guess that did make it as good.

An absolutley blinding show on Tuesday night. I actually saw smiles on the faces of Morely and Yeats.
I still don't know what to think about the show on Friday night after Sonic Youth at ATP. It definitely never seemed to take off like the smaller show and the stage was massive.
I guess Friday night sounded tired and a little old but Tuesday night sounded like the future. wow.
