I regret to announce that my Ibanez eda905 is going up for sale... This little fellow is close to the top-of-the-line as far as Ibanez basses go (ehem..) Luthite body, Maple Neck & Rosewood f/board. Equipped with Piezo & Passive Mag p/u's, Active EQ & Monorail Bridge. Wide string spacing & the usual thin Ibanez neck.

All this means that this a great bass for all styles esp. if you're into your slap & fancy double-thumbing & whatnot - the wide string spacing gives you room to maneuver and the pizeos give you crystal clear, ear-bleeding attack... which will quickly expose any flaws in your technique.... so use with CAUTION blended with the fat buttery magnetic p/u goodness. CAUTION folks. CAUTION.

Anyway.. bass is 18 months old, no nicks, dents or scratches. Retail is NZ$1695 I think... I'm looking for around $850.
