Jack Black to Take Stage

American comedian and actor Jack Black is to take time off from King Kong to perform in New Zealand with his comic band Tenacious D, which helped kick-start his career.
Black and fellow band member Kyle Gass will perform at Wellington's Westpac St James Theatre on December 27 and at Auckland's St James Theatre on December 28.
It will be the first time Black and his band have performed in New Zealand. In King Kong, he is playing film-maker Carl Denham.
