Kelburn parade address that is literally right opposite uni, sunny backyard, sky digital, cable internet. To share with 3 guys and 2 girls (6 rooms in total) Piano, Drum kit, and bassist in residence.

$105 + expenses (which dont equate to a lot between 6 people), to live with easy going students. BBQ and beer and frisbie enthusiam an advantage.
