The D-Super album is fantastic - I've been listening to it at least once a day for the last 10 days. Has some real moments of brilliance. Honestly, I'm impressed abd stoked to have another great Wellington album out - far far better than expected (and I thought it was gonna be pretty good).

Was in Auck over the weekend and the Herald had a wee article on 10 great bands that they are picking for next year - their list included 40% Wellie bands - D-Super, Marystaple, Ebb, Brubeck...

Still, we've got the best nz album for yrs (IMO . . . how could an album with "The Moths" be anything else?) lots of cool gig memories and - in certain cases - some very nice bootlegs to remember 'em by ;-)

This band is so fucking cool. i just brought it and would recommend it to ANYONE. If you need education in New Zealdn music, fucking buy this album - straight to the sun - and you will be satisfied. I have seen these guys about 5 times, and every time they just fucking RULE. Pity about the sexy bassist's departure, but oh well - the music is just so FUCKING GOOD. I love it I love it I love it. Dont look overseas guys - there is so much talent right here in little ole wgtn.
