Rose Petals And Confetti

Hi My name is 0dee and I would like to introduce my music, Rose Petals And Confetti.

I live in Hamilton and have links with Palmerston North and the Coromandel Peninsula.
I have written most of our music and usually sing. I am also playing bass for St Lucy, Gadget Goose and The Hamilton Pawnstars. I've also played in Wonderbug, Whitefire, Vinegarlil and Certain Sounds'95. I was a DJ on Radio Control last year and on Contact fm many years ago.

Chelsee plays the guitar. She doesn't beLIEve in herself so she's hard to do anything with but she is too much fun to kick out. She likes Portishead who I can't stand.

Bregiz plays the drums with us. He is also playing with Æther and has been playing in Vetox.

Others who play with us are: Dee Stryper (who has disappeared down south I beLIEve) on the drums and Eddie (who had better disappear soon) on whatever he wants.

I don't really care much for presenting myself or my musical excursions as a packaged product. I love playing music and having fun so I invite you to enjoy these recordings look forward to meeting you someday.

Forums: NZ Music,

Here is a Quicktime preview of the new music video from Rose Petals And Confetti called Daddy Didn't Care.

http://rpac.enzyme.org.nz/music/daddydidntcare.mov

I want to thank these people for making the Daddy Didn't Care video possible: Alison for the camera work and editing stuff, Chelsee, Bregiz and Melissa for being my band, Nick, Haylee, Erin, Annalee and Chrissy Cat. Also those who didn't get on the video but still made the night so crazy.
We've already amazing responses to the video. Thanks everybody. We managed to spend absolutely no money on this and it turned out exactly how I wanted!

There is now a Windows Media version of the Daddy Didn't Care vid available at http://www.rpac.enzyme.org.nz/music/

We played at Diggers Back Bar on Labour Weekend Sunday with St Lucy (with 0dee r0se on the bass as well), The Crazy 88, Aether and the Electirc Shakedown were all there so they played too!
The whole gig was pretty much impromptu having only been thought up a week before. There are photos of the night at petrajane.com.

We will let you know right here of future gigs.
