Jason and Todd Mohi formed The Comedowns in Vancouver in 2004 and have played shows around the world finding particular success in the Pacific North West of the US, Canada and throughout NZ. Shows at the Roxy, Railway Club, Candy Bar and Buffalo club in North America, a recording at Fiasco Brother's studio and frequent radio play have helped the band's popularity gather momentum overseas. Tours around other major Canadian and US cities and an appearance at Indie Night in Canada presented by C-Fox 99.3 gave rise to the band's work with producers from Greenhouse Studios. They returned to Aotearoa in 2006 and has continued to receive radio play worldwide, most recently on the English Breakfast Radio Show 99.4 FM in Amsterdam.

From the UK, Suzi G brings influences from a wide ranging musical background. Suz’s deep rooted love of dance music as well as a huge variety of British rock greats and indie bands means a new direction in sounds being developed for the band. New songs co- written with J Mohi compliment and expand the existing back catalogue of great tunes and have given rise to exciting new recordings being completed in May 2008.
