From the Dunedin Drum’n'bass scene of 2002 comes Canadia, forged at open mic nights at the Crown Hotel, and made legend during Onefest 2005.

Canadia is the open-ended solo project of Ashley Noel Hinton, musician, former resident of Invercargill and Dunedin, and all-round nerd. Open-ended might mean that there are no rules, or it might mean nothing is ever produced. I can attest to the fact that Canadia has been earnest singer-songwriter music, bad techno, and comedy music. Sometimes a combo of several elements.
