I wonder of some of you musician types can help me identify a chord sequence. I'm trying to strum along to Don McGlashan's Harbour Bridge off his Warm Hand album, but I'm struggling with the chord sequence for the following part of the verses.

In the first verse...
All the colour washing
All the colour washing
All the colour washing away

Or the same sequence in the second verse...
All the clouds are drifting
All the clouds are drifting
All the clouds are drifting to the sun
