Song Featuring Joe Dukie From Fat Freddys..

I am wracking my brain to try and find out what this song is.
It was made a few years ago and the video features Joe Dukie from Fat Freddys Drop, It has him walking down Queen st and with other groups of people lip syncing to the music! it was well befor Fat freddies.. It also wasn't one of his songs. it was someone else like Soane or something..
It was also kinda drum and bassy.. I know i haven't given you much information but i can't remeber and i thought you might be able to help.
